i'm feeling pretty oddly strong and healthy considering i'm still really sick. even not considering that. ran down and back up the stairs, which... i really don't ever do.

ice skating isn't hard to do at a basic level, if you want to go anywhere near fast I guess you have to spend more time around ice than I do

the seed i've implanted in my friend's mind to make carbonara.

 

she already had dinner planned tonight, though.... i could have turned her...

 

but she was very open to the suggestion.

mac and cheese is one of the few things i like powdered. i like real mac and heese better, but... kraft will always have a special palce in my heart.
