Yeah, thought about getting my own place as a single, but I have too much crap that us humans accumulate over time. Ah well, it's a buyers market right now, maybe time to start thinking about buying...

I just hate responsibility

it is surely as much a buyer's market as it ever has been. might get even better/worse. i looked for a while locally, but i realized i wasn't going to find a house i liked, and i don't really want to move away from the kids yet, so i'm saving up a while longer for a condo closer to work - need a bigger down-payment, but well worth it for not having to deal with maintenance or the commute.

but the mortgage rates are ridiculously low, and at 30 fixed with nothing down, a house is pretty much a rental. fun to look besides.

I love living in a rental apartment. Sure, I pay a little more every month but if anything gets broken I just call my landlord and he comes and fix it for me.

i pay very much less renting than i would owning, though i don;t get any tax benefit. i still save more this way. and i do enjoy the landlord having to deal with my problems.

Landlord dealing with the problems, is the aforementioned responsibility I was referring to!

They'll never kick me out. But I'll leave freely. But I hope I have a wife to do it for me before having an own house (note: After leaving, I don't get an own house directly of course).

you heard him.

yeah, ley, i didn't expect to get kicked out when i went to college, either. but the grownups they do the math real good.

Clean the house...

What else are wives for?

*ducks because he knows things are about to get thrown at him*

*weaves a shield around Eclipse, so that the things being thrown at him don't hit him*

Eclipse?

I wonder too where he is. Or he and Tina made a new thread at the staff board...

he left to get some peace and quiet ithink. i should go cook something now. wasting a perfectly good disaster day spamming. silly cindy.

I got you!

You're finally insane enough to become a Soldier. You're talking to yourself now.

i was answering your question, but i have always talked to myself. only child for 20 years, and very bored. and still spamming.

you did got me.
