And of course I'm not going to contribute a bunch of information to get the conversation going.

I tire of giving people new topics, new thoughts, of making them laugh or smile all for nothing.

Is it really so difficult to understand why a person should maybe work a little for my attentions?

But for in person relationships it is perfectly logically to refuse speaking until the other person has given some reason for me to speak with them.

I'm just saying that I get really tired of a endless stream of socially normal people deciding we are friends and not leaving me alone.

If you spend all of your time struggling to be exactly like your friends in every single way,

Your friends and you are all the same. So once on of you bothers me for a while I know how you all behave.

I admit not knowing all of your individual reasons for conforming,

If you spend all your time being someone else then you are not unique.

I prefer friends, and people in general who are... well them. Unique. Different. Quirky.
