I took some nyquil last night because I was all stuffy and feeling a sinus headache. I've since moved on to dayquil. Also full of nerves. And hoping we get out early today. I have stuff to do at home and if I didn't have this interview I would have asked for today off.

i have nothing to do at home but i'm off.

i don't think this can be said enough, honestly.

shadowy morning to you

It's very dark in here today. One of my lights went out and the sun is well hidden behind the rain clouds.

it is dark and cold and raining and a holiday is looming. it could not be a more shadowy morning

it's my general holiday mode, so no big.

My roommate is stressing me out about the holiday. She apparently has a very tight schedule to keep so my family isn't allowed to be late to our holiday dinner.

i'm stresseed out beyond my destress capacity, but i won't be dealing with humans or shcedules.

would be happy to cook the dinner but the humans flee to their families. so there will be this and that's all there will be. perhaps some christmas specials.

yeah, it's an easy meal. i can cook it in my sleep. just almost never do anymore. and won't this time.

 

i'd have been baking pies and cakes for the past two days and brining the turkey and getting the smoker ready adn peeling the spuds by now if i was.
