That is really cute! I've always been a big fan of the way big dogs look as puppies though. They are cuter in my opinion.

I can't be around black lab puppies for sale. I have zero will power.

all the puppies at our humane society are half lab, and most half shepherd. ridiculously adorable.

Same here :/ I never go to pet stores or anything... we already have 4 dogs and 3 kittehs because our house is like the humane society lol

there are black labs begging for homes here. do you cruise the humane society?

No. I stay away from places that tempt me.

we used to tell the kids it was the doggie and litty cat zoo and we couldn't take the animals out. just play with them and walk them.

 

but now they know. and their house is full of doggies and kitty cats.

 

i grab kittens for my mom and sis every now and then too.

and here's something i tried to teach them that they never quite mastered - you do not want the most aggressive dog in the playpen, or the loudest one.

 

but she's doing much better now...

That part about most aggressive is true. My dad brought home two puppies that ruled their separate pens and they fought off and on the whole time we had them. Ended up giving one to my brother after who had already moved out at that point.

Grr, writing that paper I was supposed to finish last night...grr...

it'll get done. won't it?

Maybe. Should. Starting much earlier than last week's paper. Last week I had an hour and my head was full of cotton. Didn't get that one done.
