I remember I used to always watch Peter Pan or 101 Dalmatians when I spent the night at my grandma's.

So I figured I'd seen each at least a dozen times.

As I got older it dawned on me that I spent a night there almost every week.

Do I remember anything about either film?

Most Disney movies other than the Lion King that I did see I saw later in my life, so I tend to know what they're about, and I've also seen the Lion King enough and old enough to remember it. There's plenty of Disney movies I haven't seen though.

I did see Frozen.

Frozen was the first Disney movie I've seen since the Lion King.

I'm sure I'll end up watching them all add nauseam over the next few years.

Despicable Me was actually pretty entertaining even for adults.

I grew up mostly watching the classic Disney films.

I suppose Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, and Lion King were all huge when I was a kid.

I never really made a distinction in my head between them and ones that were 30+ years older, as a kid.

But now my kids are obsessed exclusively with Winnie the Pooh

Which to be fair is one of the least obnoxious cartoons ever.  If I had to watch one of these stupid new ones with talking cars I'd take a drill bit to my skull.

I am making roasted red peppers right now.
