My ke+yboar/d has starte+/d to ran/domly inse+rt c'harac't+ers alongsid/e+ re+al le+tte+rs.

Not e+ve+n making this up.

I was only e+ve+n able+ to log in be+c'ause+ of the+ on sc're+e+n ke+yboar/d option.

An/d Mc'Af+ee+, whic'h I ne+ve+r e+v+en installe+/d, se+e+ms to have+ take+n ove+r muc'h of my laptop.  

E+ve+rything I /do c'onstantly re+/dire+c'ts me+ to the+ir sale+s page+ lolololol

Is this a virus?

Is this a se+ve+re+ly broke+n ke+yboar/d?

Se+riously though this is inte+nse+ly annoying.

I got Mc'Afe+e+ to stop spamming me+ by te+lling the+m Ic'/d buy the+ir pro/duc't an/d the+n just c'anc'e+ling whe+n it aske+/d for information.

So I gue+ss all is we+ll now!

At le+ast I c'an still play music' on this thing.

We+ll I was ri/d of it for five+ minute+s, at le+ast..........

Mine did that too. It had been left unattended and turned off for a while. I had to use the on screen keyboard.

 

Once it had warmed up it started working ok again.

 

 

But last time I'd left it turned off for too long and it never got better.

 

Now it's dead.

 

You could try hoovering around the keys in case it's caused by debris.

 

Mine was damp.

Trie+/d c'le+aning the+ ke+ys, le+tting it sit for a while+, e+tc' nothing.

Ic'll just have+ to buy a usb ke+yboar/d ne+xt time+ Ic'm out.
