And why no date set?! That's the most important part after the ring! Originally we wanted New Years 2012 but as he's graduating this december and I don't graduate until next May, we decided it would be best to wait at least and few months...meaning until march 10, 2012

ah well have a civil wedding with close friends and family and then a reception at a later date. People do that in the States all the time

yeah we gonna do that too but i have big family, my dad had 8 bro/sis's and all them have kids, never mind my mums side

Ah that would make it a little rough

And yes Loran, march 10, less than a year away, so long as we can convince our parents

*Snuggletackles Jean.* Good luck... I'm sure the parents won't be a problem... considering the background I reckon fate is still with you.

haha he and I are way too stubborn I think and we're going to get our way even though I won't be graduating college until May 2012 but meh whatevs, right?

I completely understand this sentiment! My future fiance's family is going to be mostly coming from about a 10 hour drive away meaning we might have to help them find places to stay, not to mention feeding everyone at the reception...I'm thinking my bridesmaids are prob going to have to buy their own dresses unless I find some crazy cheap ones (meaning NOT David's Bridal!)

And then the amount of people my mom is going to want to invite *sighs* Save me now?

I still want a mostly traditional wedding though...but I'm going to aggravate mom by splashing a bit of color on my dress  gotta have me some of my purple!

meh well....I still want the dress  wanna make my man's jaw drop when i walk down the aisle

*Chuckles.* You're right... skin tight does show a lot.

Still... skin tight would make his jaw drop.

But hey... I know what you mean... *nods.*
