oh I still test it but my body hates me afterwards most of the time *sighs*

stupid allergy.....nada de leche para mi, que triste!

no milk, no yogurt, no ice cream, no milk chocolate, most def no white chocolate, no butter, no cream, no whip cream, no gravy, no alfredo sauce, no cheese, no lasagna, no pizza, no cheesecake......at least it turns out I'm not also allergic to tomato products

well...originally I was told no carbonated drinks, no tomato products and no milk products...so I cont myself lucky that I can still have those first two...granted those in excess do not like me either but if I was to have just one thing of yogurt, it would make me sick. One glass of milk...get the stretcher ready and take me to the hospital because I'm not going to feel good at all and will be in lots and lots and lots of pain

meh I take a multi vitamin and two calcium supplements ever day  tis all I need at this moment!

meh I'll live, and there are plenty of things that have calcium and no milk.....well, at least that's what I've been told

not as sturdy and hardy archers like we have become through long hard arduous practice

*too lazy to go back the page and/or do a real add reply to figure out what it was I last said...*
