and you wouldn't need bactrim afterwards.

but of course you should choose a medical provider you're comfortable with.

How did the points be calculated for the October threads?

The way I see it cindy is if we focus more on being awesome and less on math the sky will poop points on us and then we will be all eeew points now I have to clean myself...

5 points to EP

Sorry about that everyone. I didn't check the dates on the village threads. All the rest was accurate.

a few months ago, i asked if the hot threads for amonth had to have been started in the same month, and pretty sure you said yes, all has to be in a month in one thread. i can search tomorrow when the brain's full on.

The threads don't have to be started in the same month they're counted in. It is only once they reach 150 posts and get moved to the Village that they can't receive any more points. (for the next month, they still receive points from the month they were moved in)

So say I start a thread now. By the end of December, it has 67 replies, so I get 5 points for it in Hot Threads. The next month, it gets up to 150 replies and gets moved to the Village. That month I get 15 points for it, but then I can't get anymore points from it after that.

Does that make sense?

Thank you for pointing out the error. :)

Also, 5 points to Eternal Phoenix from me as well.

So for a hot thread we can earn 30 points?

5 for 50

10 for 100

15 for 150

right?

That seems odd. Wouldn't that just be calling a hot thread 6 one way and a half dozen another way?

Why keep counting for a hot thread over multiple months?

Ah good, you have edited it, I was about to say you had got it wrong and it was EP that deserved the points.

The reason is that doing otherwise would increase the amount of work I have to do in order to accurately calculate the results by a good portion.

Heh, you saw that did you. >.>

(The reason was that I forgot who posted it, and when I saw you exclaiming about it a couple posts up, I connected the wrong dots.)

It's fine with me if ya'll want to give me 30 points over 3 months. biggrin.gif
