I have a kitty lying on my lap with his head on my arm.

 

And one claw poking me in the hand.

That sounds absolutely perfect.

Are all cat people masochists? All I ever her about is how the kittehs scratch and claw and dig their sharp claws into your soft parts while they walk over you.

Oh, but he was happy and purring and soft... and it was just that one little claw that was peeking out and poking me in the hand.

Of course, I will not deny that I may be a bit of a masochist at times.

He does have an extreeeeeemely rough tongue.  'Tis slightly painful when he starts getting insistently licky.
