Yeah, its not like they shred you to pieces or anything. Mostly they just sit on your lap or your arm or your face and purr and its very therapeutic.

One of my kitties is a snuggle kitty.  She likes to curl up between my left arm and my side when i get in bed.

Lol. I think mine hear my alarm and know that that means that i'm now awake and able to pet them.
