    lovely but i must always ask... why the mint leaf?

     

    not that brownies with peppermint patties all squished in them aren't delightful, but save the leaves for mojito, please

    this one doesn't have the sex appeal of some images, but as a baker... i can say this is a perfect brownie... just... look at that fine, moist, dark, dense crumb. you could bake for a lifetime and not get something so spot on right.
