Umm...if you look at BT site (link in the first page of new and returning members) and go to the points page, you'll see people have levels in different elements and angreals. Once you have enough points, you use them to buy those levels. More information in secret boards.

 

And cindy, you can always try to become the first Shadar Nor or buy Choeden Kal
