Well, part of it tastes like bacon wrapped chicken.

I propose the following changes:

 

Instead of putting it on crab legs tht are cooked separately, create a crab/bacon stuffing that cooks inside the turkey/chicken.

 

Also possibly add squid to the stuffing mix

 

Wrap the chicken/turkey completely with bacon and perhaps add a layer of dates between said bird and the bacon.

 

Think about adding sausage to the stuffing

 

Wrap it again with bacon, but for this layer smoke the bacon first.
