Has anyone out there watched this? I thought about going to see it in the theatre but I never did and now it's getting ready to come out on DVD and I was wondering if I should waste my time on it or not.

Yeah, I know, it's been out for a while, but I just got it. Sue me. I think I'm in love with this game. It's half FPS, half RPG, and all sorts of kickass! I suck at FPS, but with this game, I'm having too much fun to care. I'm on my first run through of the game, playing the Phasewalker. I've gotten to level 10 and I'm about to go hunt down the main bandit in the area before I progress to the next town. Who else is playing it?

Has anyone seen the British tv show Spaced? It's co-written by Simon Pegg, and stars him. That's why I thought I would check it out. It's decently funny, nothing spectacular. The coolest episode by far is the 5th. The whole episode is Star Wars themed and awesome. There's even a scene where the characters infiltrate a compound to recover a stolen dog and everyone gets a code name from star wars and they set it up like the attack on the Death Star. It's nerdily awesome. It's like a mix between the X-Files, the Simpsons, and Northern Exposure It is noted for its rapid-fire editing, frequent pop-culture references and jokes, eclectic music, and occasiona…

The two groups of Tinkers have been camped for a couple of days together in the Circle of Union. The young women have been coached concerning their dance to attract a man. The Central Fire has been added to...it now gives off a glorious light. Tonight's party will be the highlight of the Meeting. Lots of good food, music, dancing...BYOB. Of course, I'll post. So should you. Release your "inner Tinker". Think up a scene that you imagine will take place at the celebration tonight. For those of you with a darker side, maybe you could rob all of the Tinkers while they're busy dancing or maybe kill all of their mules? Use your …

I actually liked Cars, I thought it was well animated and a good all-around movie. It wasn't my favorite Pixar movie, but I'm looking forward to a well-made sequel.

(No my keyboard isn't broken) VVVVVV (6 V's) is named after the famous saying "Veni, vidi, vici" ( said twice). Its basically done in the style of an old-school, 8-bit platformer with a little twist, you can't jump, rather you reverse gravity so long as you're on the ground. Its also quiet challenging. You'll die. A lot. Its not hard to rack up at least 1000 deaths on your first play through, though deaths aren't really annoying as there are plenty of checkpoints and you re-spawn instantly. The fun comes in the challenge and the lightness of the whole thing. Plus the music kicks ass. Anyone had a chance to try it? Its received a lot of positive review…

http://www.apple.com/trailers/wb/clashofthetitans/ The original tag line for the remake of Clash of the Titans was "Titans will clash!" Which made me laugh and laugh and laugh... Then I thought of a bunch of other new taglines for movies in the same vein: Return of the Jedi: The jedi have returned. Army of Darkness: Darkness has an Army. Batman: The Dark Knight: A Knight of Darkness is .Batman. Zombieland: A Land with Zombies. With the second trailer they've released, it seems to have changed to "Damn the gods!" I supposed that's marginally better.

Clearwater's Christopher H. Bouffard is in some trouble. The authorities allege the 23 year-old committed fraud by selling World of Warcraft characters online, and then not delivering the promised Night Elves and/or gnomes. He's being charged with scheming to defraud and two counts of grand theft. Cops say Bouffard accepted around $800 from a couple of people for characters, then never delivered them to their intended recipients. Bouffard was being held on $20,000 bail, which proves that crime doesn't pay, even when the crime is something incredibly stupid. I'm not sure what the maximum punishment would be, but I gotta imagine grand theft holds the possibility o…
