I never actually saw them - by the time they came out, I already didn't care about Star Wars, and I haven't seen the originals since several years prior to that. To me Mark Hamill's only significance is as the Joker. And maybe as Master Eraqus and Firelord Ozai.

i made it halfway through the first sequel/prequel. the jar jar thing... just couldn't deal with it.

 

the originals were a huge part of my childhood. we stood on line for hours, and saw them over and over. nothing like them before. or since, tbh. certainly not from lucas.
