Apparently, "INTOWN" is a word. (Merriam Webster)

Would also get "LI"

That would only put us 9 points ahead, by the way. 

Without letters with higher points values, I'm not sure we'll be able to find anything better.

There are plenty of other words we could do

 

ONO and NOR, which makes ON. You could add letters to ON, but there are no special tiles.  

That is about the closest I've seen that had a chance of working. 

 

The R doesn't even provide much.

It'd be 11 (N on a DL), but yea, I considered that, and it's not close enough to keep us with the Blue Team, points-wise. 

I've got nothing better

I tried to find some last night but could not find anything that would earn us more than Intown / Li so I'd vote we use that.

Looks like we have just over seven hours so if we want a little more time to think on it we can.

Explain I11-O11 (X being the blank)

Anyone have better?

There is Capelin (C being blank) from I11 to O11 which would be 14 points

Epsilon from I11-O11 would be 16 points

Pelican from I11-O11 would also be 16 points

Pitsaw from J10-O10 would be 18 points

 

and

Prelaw from J10-O10 would also be 18 points

I keep trying to find a way to use all the letters but can't come up with one. The blank tiles makes for a good opportunity, and if we can do it that's a 50-point bonus.
