BOAT = 3 + 1(3) + 1 + 1 = 8 (n9-n12)

BO = 3 + 1 = 4

OW = 1(3) + 4 = 7

 

8 + 7 + 4 = 19

USE/EAT 12 Points

FEAT K12-N12 = 14 points

 

I don't know but an online scrabble dictionary says "ef" is also a word that would give 5 more points but I don't know if it is a word
