I had to freeze mine off only because it was in a very inconvenient place. It was on one of my ring fingers, I think my left one, and it was just a centimeter below the pad of my finger, very large, and covering the knuckle joint so I couldn't bend my finger.

It doesn't seem to have killed me yet, so as far as I'm concerned it's just another unsightly but ultimately irrelevant blemish on my anatomy, just like all the scars.
